No physical products are shipped.
Because of this, traditional returns do not apply.
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

The request is made within 30 days of purchase
Once a service has started (including scheduling, preparation, or delivery), it is considered partially fulfilled.

Incorrect purchase
If you selected the wrong plan, contact us within 48 hours. If work has not started, we may offer adjustment or refund.

If you are in the EU, you may cancel within 14 days, provided the service has not started.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
